Cluster a pHLA complex
Provides structural neighbours of a pHLA in PDB format using similarity metric D-score
The PDB file must fulfill the following criteria:
(1) Peptide must be a Δ7 9mer
(2) All MHC and peptide backbone atoms must exist. Side chain atoms are not necessary
(3) MHC chain starts with GSHS motif
